Yeah, okay. So I’m a mental health professional. I have, I think I’ve been in college for 12 years and it doesn’t even count. I’m like in my doctorate program right now. So I have a lot of research and a lot of studying with the mind brain body connection.

And I was introduced to Elevate. I was actually super sick with Lyme disease. Like nobody really knew because I kept it under the radar really, really well and learned how to compensate when I needed to. And I was at a Taekwondo tournament because my son is ranked one of the top in the world for Taekwondo.

And I was introduced to FOCUS. And when I was introduced to it, I was asked to sample this drink and to say what I thought because I’m also a certified brain professional. So I was asked to sample a FOCUS and say how I felt afterwards. And you know what, I was like, I don’t want to get sucked into anything. I’m not in the market for any new products. Like for four years I’ve tried everything. Nothing could activate my brain. I tried every coffee drink under the sun. I tried energy drinks and I drank a FOCUS and I was like zoned in. Whatever that was, my neurotransmitters were like going. And so immediately I told Carrie that whatever she just gave me, I needed to buy it because it was finally something that gave me motivation, energy and excitement in my life. When for so long I had just felt so fatigued and brain fogged. And so that’s what really sold me. I didn’t know any of the research. I knew nothing about the statements and ingredients referred to throughout this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. or the molecules. I just knew that that one drink helped change my energy and my drive for life.

And so I purchased a bunch of focus and then I started doing the research because I love to research. And I discovered the statements and ingredients referred to throughout this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. and Balin. And I’m going to show you all some pictures. They’re super vulnerable but I want to get real with you all. I want you to see kind of what I was dealing with. So I’m going to share my screen and hopefully they come in order.

Okay, so this image right here. I put this together because I wanted to show people exactly how inflamed I was. So when I had Lyme disease, I had multiple co-infections. And so when you look at my foot, for years, I mean weather could be 70 degrees. It could even be cooler here in Minnesota. And my foot, it was always my left foot, it would swell so badly and hurt. And if I touched it, I would get those dimples in it.

And I discovered ELEVATE March 16th of last year. I went to Arizona in July for the World Taekwondo Tournament. And check out this picture on the right of the swollen foot. I stood all day long. And normally if I even stand for five minutes, my foot would swell. I have not swelled in my foot ever since March 16th or before. So that was powerful to me.

The next picture shows that whenever I would eat food, I mean I would look pregnant. I would eat something if it was dairy, if it was gluten. And my stomach would swell. And I’m wearing the same pants in both of these pictures. I just took the other picture a month ago. But I would swell. I had such bad food sensitivity. And now that I’ve discovered Acemannan, especially CORE, because the picture on the right is now CORE has been introduced to my life for a few months. I don’t have any of that puffiness anymore. So I put that one together that I wanted to show you all.

This one is also powerful because for those of you on this call tonight that feel hopeless and feel so overwhelmed with Lyme disease, I get it. Like I used to spend so much money in getting these Lyme tests. I mean it was over $1,000 any time they would test my blood. And every time they would test my blood, I would have more and more infection. And this one shows that everything that was tested that was previously active as an infection in my body was in the negative or the normal range. And what I especially love is my doctor on the bottom, he put a note in there that said the repeat labs are completely normal. No evidence of infection with about five exclamation marks. Completely different than the last set of labs. So I thought that was super powerful.

I also, so since we’re talking about the brain-gut connection. So in my practice, so I am a licensed neuropsychotherapist. So I see patients who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma. And what I’m discovering is that there is such relevance between their thoughts and their gut, right? And so when somebody starts thinking a negative thought or they’re anxious about something, this correlation is so powerful. The second they start thinking like, oh my gosh, what’s going to happen? What do I do? What if this? What if that? It goes all the way down to the gut, and they start feeling nauseous. They might have diarrhea. They might develop IBS. And so it is just powerful, the psychosomatic symptoms that I see in patients who experience anxiety or, you know, 95% of serotonin, which is like our happy neurotransmitter that makes us feel good, is actually produced in the gut.

And so I did some research, and what I discovered is that your gut microbiota, the bacteria in your GI tract, it influences the production of serotonin. And there are certain types of bacteria that can stimulate the production and also that can hinder it. So if in our guts, if we have an unhealthy gut, I feel that people are at such high risk of suffering from mental health. Because if their gut doesn’t feel good, if they don’t have the good bacteria, if they’re suffering from inflammation and bloating and all that, it plays a game with the mind. The mind starts thinking bad things, starts getting anxious, it doesn’t know what to do. So they’re so interrelated.

And so I put this slide together to show that the second you have anxiety, you have those negative thoughts, it increases cortisol, which you saw in that last picture. You saw how swollen I was. Well, a lot of that is cortisol. Cortisol was flowing through my body. My adrenal glands were like setting it off because I was so overwhelmed. It disrupts your heart, your cardiovascular system. It impacts your digestive system. Food sensitivities, all of that can come from not having a healthy gut. So I see it in a lot of patients who see me at my practice where they just they have such an upset stomach all the time. And a lot of it is just anxiety based. So I wanted to touch base on that.

And then I also in my private practice. So as my profession, I do a lot of images on the brain. I scan brains to see where is dysregulation? Where is overactivity? Where is too much stimulation? And I know we’re not talking about FIX or FOCUS tonight. We’re really focusing on like core and the gut health, which I have my core and FIX mixed right here. But what I wanted to show is that I’ve done the research on multiple over 30 individuals. And when you look at brainwave patterns, you can see FIX is so crucial for mental health. If somebody has anxiety, they have ruminating thoughts, they can’t calm down their nervous system, that’s going to hinder their gut’s ability to process foods. They’re going to get bloated, they’re going to feel yuck. Their microbiota is going to be all messed up.

So I highly believe that FIX mixed with CORE is like the perfect solution. Because FIX will, that ashwagandha will calm down the nervous system. And not only that, but then you see right here in this image, the gut brain connection. Because as it calms down the nervous system, it correlates to the brain. So red in these images, we do not want. That means it’s excess. It’s too much of a fast feed that causes racing thoughts, panic, distractibility, inability to just regulate. And you can see in this pre and post after drinking a FIX, that that dark red turns to orange. So that is huge.

And you can also see I did some testing on FOCUS, which isn’t in relation to the gut. But I wanted to include this in here too, that you can see that again, somebody who might have problems with attention when they drank the FOCUS, it enhanced their ability to pay attention, to FOCUS, to be attentive, to concentrate. So I wanted to put that in there just because it’s really cool data. And I think that it’s all interrelated. Like if you can’t FOCUS, you get anxious. If you get anxious, you get an upset stomach. So I see this in high school students all day long where they come into my office and they’re like, ooh, I just don’t feel good. And so much of it is anxiety-based, but psychosomatically then their guts just feel super yuck.

So I put that all together and you can ask me questions. I know we didn’t have like a long, super intense call tonight, but I wanted to explain that poor gut health will disrupt mood, potentially leading to anxiety, depression, and chronic stress while also impacting your cognitive function. So if you have a bad gut or you don’t feel right in your stomach area, I mean, it just drastically, like right away, that connection goes right to the brain. And we want balance between the brain and the gut. We want homeostasis. We want it to all flow naturally. You want your stomach to feel good, your brain to feel good, so that we can show good to this world.

But the second, so many people just have bad guts. I mean, I can’t tell you the amount of people who tell me they have celiac, they can’t eat gluten, they can’t eat dairy, they have all these like restrictions. And if we can fix that, it’s going to fix this, which this is then going to fix the heart. So they’re all so interrelated.

I think when you have a chronic illness and you go from doctor to doctor to doctor, you start to feel like nobody supports you. And nobody has your back and nobody really cares about what you’re dealing with. As a mental health professional, I was actually offended because I had people tell me that I needed a neuropsych eval and that I must have had anxiety. And that’s what was causing my cognitive decline. Like I would get lost driving my car. I could not do math problems. I was impatient. Like my mental ability, I couldn’t remember conversations that I had just minutes before. And so when people would tell me in the neural network, like, oh, you need a neuro-psych eval(uation). I was like, well, I could diagnose myself. Like I don’t have any of those things. And so I did not feel heard. I felt like no matter what I did, I had to figure it out on my own. And now that I have figured it out, I want to tell everyone on this planet because so many people struggle with chronic infection. Whether Lyme, whether long haul COVID, whether any other, I mean, there’s so much out there. Whatever people are struggling with, the answer lies, I’m sorry, but like faith is super important to me. But I believe that God gave us bodies that can heal ourselves if given the right nutrients. It’s not big pharma. It’s not Band-Aids. It’s not cover up a symptom. It’s like, let’s get to the root cause. And our bodies are stronger than we give ourselves credit for. And so that’s why I like scream at the top of my lungs to everybody because everybody has something. You know, everybody’s got either they’re not sleeping right. They have food sensitivities. They have infection. They have something going on that their bodies are not optimally well.

Sam Caster: Well, there’s a couple of questions that came in. I mean, I’ve got an answer, but I think they’re asking Mindy. Mindy, in your practice with all the people that you’ve seen, have you seen any age restrictions, whether they’re adolescents or seniors, in terms of the supplements, the drinks, functional food drinks that we have, any restriction based off age?

Mindy: No, no. And I have a 14-year-old son and I have a 10-year-old daughter and both take all of the products. And my son, I will admit to you all, he does not love the taste of core, but he drinks it every single morning mixed with lemonade and he will never miss it. Like my kids, there’s nothing that can stop them. And so really, if I would have known about it sooner, they would have been taking it their whole lives. I mean, if you think about an infant, as a baby, when they get colostrum from breast milk, I mean, that’s giving them the best immune system possible from the mom, but the mom only has so much of an immune system that she’s been exposed to. So giving that baby core and also an immune, you’re just building that immune system. And core is everything. That colostrum and collagen from grass-fed cows, I would give it from birth until death.

Sam Caster: Perfect. I saw a comment about a grandson of theirs that had tremendous response to core in terms of just calming him down. Do you see that sort of impact going on?

Mindy: I do. And I see actually kids with autism. I’ve even had some kids that are nonverbal who have started taking core and are starting to make that verbal connection. So I can’t wait to see more long-term because this is a new study I’m doing, but I think it is going to be tremendous what core can do for individuals with autism, with any type of infection. I agree. You know, frommy perspective, we have a program in Manor Relief called O Program for medically fragile children of all types. We get gene-mediated disorders. For medically fragile children of all types, we get gene-mediated disorders like cystic fibrosis, all kinds of stuff. And we put over 10,000 kids through that program where we raise the money and provide sponsorship. We just put two kids on last week with all kinds of stuff, things you’ve never heard of.

Sam Caster: But across the board, it really doesn’t matter what the age is. It’s physiology. Your body responds, like you said. It’s designed to function in a certain way.

Sam Caster: I love the quote from Paracelsus, the father of pharmacology, said, “everything that man needs to achieve and sustain health is provided by God in nature. It’s the job of science to go find it.” And I think that’s what we do a better job of than anyone. If we can’t find it, we find the people who have found it.

Sam Caster: And what we find, Mindy, is that some of these technologies will never hit the shelves of retail stores because no one has a reference. It’s like when I first met Carrington Labs. They had tried to retail a man and it failed miserably because nobody knew what it was. Nobody had any context for it. The only thing they saw similar was aloe vera, and there were a lot of real cheap aloe vera products.

So it does take an educational component to get to people. But if you have the right technologies and you have the stories like you’re sharing tonight, I think we could change the world.
