The World Health Organization says that the new face of malnutrition is not a starving child in Africa, but an obese child in America. The paradox of the overfed and under nourished.

America has among its population 115 million who live with at least one diet related disease.

National Geographic says malnutrition is right here in our own backyard.

Add in an abundance of cheap synthetic vitamins and minerals and we have reason to question issues of nutrition in the most modern and prosperous country of all time.
