March 2016: Hope Movement begins.
March 2017: Total nutritional servings generated: 6,000,000 using the Buy 1, Nourish 2 concept. Pretty impressive. You can find the updated total here. http://HopeQuestGlobal.com/footprint.
The cumulative total statistic is one thing, but we should be the most interested in the rate of growth statistic. It’s not good enough to accumulate a total of nutritional servings if the rate at which those servings accumulate doesn’t give us hope that we really can make a measurable difference, especially since childhood malnutrition is such a huge global concern and it is our number one goal. This number helps us know if we really are headed in the right direction at a decent rate of speed. So, look at these statistics:
September 2016: Hope Movement was generating 100,000 nutritional servings per month (or 3,333 every day)
Mid-May 2018 (about 20 months later): Hope Movement was generating over 118,000 nutritional servings, not per month, but per WEEK (that’s 16,878 per day).
I like what I see here. This gives us a solid reason to be excited about actually accomplishing corporate and personal goals. We’re not there yet, but we are getting the job done. And moving in the right direction.
And the Hope Movement has basically just started.
